Temporary Supervisor

About you:
As Supervisor at our store in Eastbourne, the ideal candidate will:
- be a self-motivated individual with management experience or looking for the next step up
- possess good leadership and communication skills
- have visual merchandising experience
- possess excellent customer service skills
- be sales driven and commercially aware of the ladies fashion market
- be fully flexible with regards to hours worked
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Eastbourne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
About the Role:
- Temporary 9-12 month contract
- Hours: 24hrs a week over 4 days flexibility required
- Job Type: Part-time
Contract length: 9-12 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week - Salary: Up to £10.75 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week - Schedule: day shift
