And the same goes for your watch, which is why you can seek complemntary adjustments in store – a watch is more than just a timepiece, it is an extension of your personal style.

Simply take your watch to your nearest store with proof of purchase (either your receipt or the stamped guarantee card) and fully trained sales associates will be happy to adjust your watch strap, to fit your wrist free of charge, while you wait.

Free adjustment is limited to one per watch purchase. Any additional adjustments will be chargeable.

Watch adjustment services:

• Your watch is completely stripped and all components cleaned.
• Worn parts are replaced on an exchange basis.
• Components are re-assembled and lubricated.
• All functions are tested and the case is ultrasonically cleaned and sealed as recommended.
• The power reserve where applicable an timekeeping are regulated and tested over a five day period.
