Part-Time Retail Assistant

Hours: 16 hours per week, flexible across 7 days
Contract Type: Part-Time, Flexible Availability Required

Grape Tree is looking for a reliable and flexible Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our
friendly team in Eastbourne. This role is primarily to provide cover for sickness and
holidays, often at short notice, so adaptability and availability are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
  • Step in to cover shifts at short notice due to team sickness or holidays

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
  • Confident working independently or as part of a small team
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • Must be available to work weekdays and weekends on a flexible basis
