All lost property found is held in the security office next to Deichmann on the first floor. This office is contactable on 01323 643431
Click and Collect
Click & collect makes visiting us that little bit easier.
Simply choose Click and Collect when you purchase from a retailer’s website and select us as your closest store.
Wi-Fi
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi at The Beacon. Just select BT Openzone from the network list in your phone, laptop or tablet settings, and follow the simple on-screen instructions to register. Then you’re free to browse the web as you browse all of our fantastic stores!
Toilets
The centre’s toilet facilities are located on the ground floor, adjacent to Tui.
Baby Changing facilities are also available, alongside our accessible toilets, as well as within the main ladies toilets.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets are available within the centre and are located adjacent to Shades.
The Beacon also provides a Changing Places toilet which includes height-adjustable hoists, equipment and adequate space for those whose needs are not met by standard accessible toilets. These facilities are operated via a RADAR Key system. RADAR Keys can be obtained from the Shopmobility Office.

In case of an accident or emergency you can trust that you’ll be in safe hands at The Beacon. Our security staff are all trained in first aid skills so if you are in need of help or assistance please ask one of the team as soon as possible and they will happily offer you the help you need.
