More Radio’s Toy Appeal at The Beacon

More Radio’s Toy Appeal 2025 is here and we need your help more than ever!

Last year, with your help and generosity, More Radio were able to deliver Christmas presents to more than 8,000 children across Sussex who may otherwise have gone without. And this year, we want to do it all over again.

The More Radio Toy Appeal is back, and once again we will make sure that less fortunate children across our county get a Christmas to remember. This year we’re going to need your help more than ever.

This year, the Beacon is a drop-off point, supporting the appeal. Please drop off your donations at The Gather Community Space.

We’re looking for donations of toys and games for children and teenagers across the county, so we really can make it a happy Christmas for everyone living in Sussex this year. This year, More Radio are also making a direct appeal for any SEN toys for children with special educational needs.

More Radio work with a huge number of charities and organisations across East & West Sussex each year such as food banks, domestic abuse refuges and children’s hospices to ensure donations reach the neediest children, and these are the fantastic organisations who collect from us* to then pass on to kids across the county.

*Please note More Radio do not collect toys for individual families or through third parties. We only work directly with charities/similar organisations & never ask for money in exchange.
