Sales Advisor
Employment Type: Part Time (Temporary) Hours: 8 hours per week Location: H&M Eastbourne, The Beacon
This is a temporary part-time position offering 8 hours per week based in the H&M Eastbourne store in The Beacon shopping centre.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you are responsible for always putting our customers first while creating an exceptional shopping experience in-store. Together with a great team, you contribute to the sales and profit in your store and share product and fashion knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities and delivering a great customer experience.
- Give and receive honest feedback to support your own and your colleagues’ development.
- Follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well-being of all colleagues and customers.
What We’re Looking For
If your personality and love for people and fashion matches our beliefs and values, we appreciate this more than your experience and qualifications. Availability required across 3–4 days, fully flexible including weekends.
