Car park closing times are subject to the last film showing. Lift access is available only at Sainsbury’s entry and exit point from 18:30 onwards.

The car park is now ticketless (except if prompted at the entrance). Type your registration number into the payment machine in the mall lift lobbies to pay before you leave.
All payment machines are card only and have contactless payment options (Visa, Mastercard, Apple and GooglePay).
If your stay exceeds 24 hours, you will be charged the standard 24-hour charge plus the costs for the additional time brackets.

No vehicles are to be left overnight.

Disabled & Parent and Child Parking
Our designated disabled parking bays are located on the 2nd floor of the car park, conveniently located adjacent to the elevators.
The parent and child parking can be found throughout all levels of the car park.
You can find 23 disabled spaces spread over first 4 levels of the carpark, and 27 Mother and child parking spaces between levels 1-6.
There are no parking concessions available for blue badge holders.
Motorcycle and Coach Parking
The Beacon car park does not offer motorcycle or coach parking.
Motorcycles
Within the controlled parking zones in Eastbourne and Hastings boroughs and Lewes and Rother districts, motorcycles can park on the street free of charge in any of the following:
- Permit holder bay
- Shared-use bay
- Paid parking bay (previously known as pay and display)
- Time-limited bay, up to the maximum stay
- Designated motorcycle bay
Motorcycles should be parked at right angles to the kerb. Any vehicle not parked in this way may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.
The concessions listed above do not apply in the off street car parks. Please refer to the tariff board and signs for that car park for more information.
Coaches
Free all-day parking is available for coaches in College Road.
Paid parking for a maximum of four hours is available in King Edwards’ Parade. Charges apply between 8 am and 11 pm.
There are also coach bays in the roads below, which can be used to drop off and pick up passengers.

Electric Car Charging Points
Electric charging points can be found on Level 2 of the car park.
Access to the centre
The Beacon is fully wheelchair accessible with step free access into the Centre, from Terminus Road and Ashford Road. We also have five lifts providing access to and from The Beacon Car Park.
