Your adventure begins the moment you step through the Door.

Guided by one of the North Pole’s elves, you’ll board the North Pole Transit System. Spectacular immersive technology transforms the environment around you as moving landscapes, cinematic sound, atmospheric lighting and special effects bring the journey to life.

From frozen Ice Caverns, your journey continues into the heart of the North Pole, where Santa is waiting. This is more than a glimpse from a distance. Santa will see and speak to every child before it is time to begin the magical journey home.

Low-Stimulus Sessions

For visitors who may benefit from a calmer sensory environment, we offer dedicated Low-Stimulus Sessions, with smaller groups, reduced sound levels, gentler lighting and reduced sensory effects, while still enjoying the magic and full story of the North Pole experience.
